The history of Zeis starts from its foundation in 1990 and boasts 35 years of experience and professional growth. From its birth as a real estate development of a single project, to becoming a service company with a broad scope of real estate management.
Zeis offers a complete service at every stage of the project, from acquisition, to building permits, up to the end of construction and its possible marketing, operating in sinergy with the sister company and global construction player Webuild SpA, which brings its wide know-how in all the aspects of the project (technical, legal, sustainability, engineering, construction).
