The project involves the redevelopment of a railway station in the heart of the city of Florence. The area of 80.300 sqm is located close to the city center, in front of the green park Parco delle Cascine, next to the new Opera Theatre “Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino”, with the possibility of inserting high value activities and, in particular, tourist accommodation.
