The real estate companies belonging to the Salini Costruttori Group have a set of rules, processes, and procedures aimed at ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and inspired by the highest ethical and sustainability standards, through the adoption of an appropriate organizational, management, and control system.
The Companies have adopted their own Code of Ethics and their own Organization, Management and Control Model pursuant to Article 6 of Legislative Decree No. 231/01, inspired by the Confindustria guidelines.
In some cases, they have also adopted their own Anti-Corruption Model.
The creation of a Compliance System promotes rigor, transparency, and a sense of responsibility in internal relations and in interactions with the external environment. At the same time, it provides the strongest guarantees of efficient and proper management through the introduction of procedures aimed at planning corporate activities.
A safe space for whistleblowing reports thanks to the “Salini Group Integrity Line”
The real estate companies of the Salini Costruttori S.p.A. Group have joined the “Salini Group Integrity Line” whistleblowing platform, a centralized IT system that allows potential violations to be reported either anonymously or confidentially (at the whistleblower’s discretion), ensuring protection against any form of retaliation or discrimination.
Everyone has the opportunity to submit a report: employees, suppliers, consultants or, more generally, stakeholders of the Company concerned by the potential violation.
The whistleblowing system adopted ensures the analysis of all reports received through this website and the collection of objective elements aimed at adopting measures to remedy any identified violations.
The whistleblower will always be informed of the outcome of the investigations carried out based on their report.
The results of the analyses are also communicated to the Group’s and the Company’s governance and control bodies, including, where applicable, the Supervisory Body.
