Residential Compound “Galla Placidia” – I Phase - Rome

Zeis managed the real estate project «Galla Placidia» and the construction of the residential compound was completed in the 2016. The area is located in Viale Giorgio Cingoli, close to the Tiburtina Station, connected by the A24 motorway, and easily accessible to the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and Policlinico Umberto I.

The compound included 477 apartments,  all in energy class  “A”, with underground private car park spaces and an internal garden.
The construction of the residential complex included the design and construction of urbanization works such as roads, public car parks, etc.
The Real estate complex was entirely sold
