In 2010 Zeis completed the renovation works of the former industrial complex «Egidio Galbani SpA». The redevelopment project, located within the Ostiense-Marconi district, occupies a plot with privileged views over the river Tiber and the entire quadrante towards the area of the former Consorzi Agrari.

The realization included 40 residential /office units with 81 underground private car park spaces.

The unique characteristics of the renovation project in the Roman context made it an iconic project and the commercialization was very fast.
