Multi Purpose Compound “Pertevere”, Via Enrico Fermi – Rome

Zeis in 2002 converted the16.000 sqm property asset, situated in Via Enrico Fermi – Roma, into a commercial compound oriented to entertainement activities.  

The complex, headquarters of the former Agricultural Consortium, occupies a large plot with privileged views over the river Tiber and the entire quadrante towards the area of the central Montemartini and Gasometro, located on the opposite side of the Tiber river.

Until 2015 the compound was rented to prestigious entertainement and food & beverage players like UCI Cinema and Gambero Rosso. The compound included also a supermarket and some public offices.

Zeis has been planning the transformation of the complex with the aim of creating high-level residential and commercial units.
