Logistic hub – “Former Maccaferri Industries”, Via del Trullo 550, Rome

At beginning of years 2000 Zeis managed the redevelopment of former industrial workshop «Officine Maccaferri», into a 13.500 sqm logistic hub of covered surface.  

The complex is located in the Portuense district, in an area well connected to the main urban roads, such as Via Portuense and the Grande Raccordo Anulare, and well served by the public transport network .

The entire complex consists of several buildings and an undeveloped area, for a total gross area of about 26,300 square meters and a total covered area of about 13,500 square meters.
