Former “Cerrano” cement factory, Santa Marinella , Rome

It is a former cement factory called «Cerrano», a historical complex in Art Nouveau style which occupies an area of 9 hectares located in Santa Marinella (Rome).

A reconversion project concept is underway, in order to redevelop the abandoned industrial complex into a real estate complex.

The proposal concerns the construction of approximately 37,000 m³ from the renovation of existing buildings and 63,000 m³ of new buildings (greenfield).

The planned mix of destination concerns high standard Health & Wellness Resort & SPA and branded residences.
