Former barrack complex ‘Caserma Sani’ - Via Principe Amedeo, Rome

In the period between 2002-2004 Zeis was appointed as Project Manager for the Project Financing procedure involving the redevelopment of the former barrack building situated in Via Principe Amedeo in downtown Rome, close to Termini train station;

The project financing and construction was carried out by the Consortium Salini Costruttori and Kronos;

The building was converted into a University structure and was rented by the Consortium first to the "La Sapienza" University and then to the Roma Tre University;

Until 2022 Zeis managed the concession contract for the property.
